Baseball is 90% Mental, The Other Half is
Physical

At some point in the life of
a baseball player, one comes across the above quote by Yogi Berra.
The question is, what really
does it mean? Or more importantly, how can you apply what it means?
The simple fact of the matter
is baseball is full of failures and let downs. The
sooner you can really dig in and understand and apply some key mental training principles,
the more rewarding your career can be.
I have seen dozens of
extremely talented players end their careers too soon for lack of understanding how to manage
their thoughts and emotions. A
positive baseball mental game
is an intentional process, not an accident.
